1. 2008 Audi A4 Quattro. Excess Wear & Tear charges in the amount of $1,771.20 for alleged mismatched and worn tires, scratched rims, and scratched bumper. Arbitration commenced on December 24, 2010. Resolved 2/8/11 prior to scheduled arbitration hearing - Waiver of all charges.

2. 2008 Subaru Tribeca. Excess Wear & Tear charges in the amount of $1,002.45 for alleged body damage to the hood, roof, door panels, and fender. Resolved 2/10/11 prior to commencement of litigation - Waiver of all charges.

3. 2007 Buick Lucerne. Excess Wear & Tear charges in the amount of $1,756.39 for alleged body damage to the right rear door, left rear door, left front door, hood, quarter panel, left front fender, and front and rear bumpers. Resolved 4/18/11 prior to commencement of litigation - Waiver of all charges.
